Wow, that was really high up there. I see why people like it.
So, I gained 10 lbs this spring. My current SO until I marry Kit Harington (Hello Universe) is some kind of special forces something or another, and super athletic and stuff. So naturally he wants to “help”. His help makes me want to die after 10 minutes.
I need a workout that won’t kill me or make me feel like I’m in bootcamp.
Is there such a thing?
